The retreat center is a popular location, located 5 miles from Sedona, for Arizona residents looking to get away from crowded cities or hot weather with the beautiful views and cooler elevation of Sedona. Our campground is about 1 hour's drive from Flagstaff.
From the North (Flagstaff)
View in Google Maps- Take N State Rte 89A to AZ-89A in Sedona
- Follow AZ-89A and Upper Red Rock Loop Rd to Loy Ln in Yavapai County
- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto AZ-89A
- At the next traffic circle, continue straight to stay on AZ-89A
- Turn left onto Upper Red Rock Loop Rd
- Turn left onto Loy Lane and arrive at Camp Avalon Spiritual Nature Retreat at 75 Loy Lane
From the Southwest (Cottonwood)
View in Google Maps- Take AZ-89A N
- Turn right onto Red Rock Loop Rd
- Turn right onto Loy Lane and arrive at Camp Avalon Spiritual Nature Retreat at 75 Loy Lane
From the South (Tucson/Phoenix)

- Keep right at the fork to continue on I-17 N/US-60 W/Interstate 10 Truck Rte, follow signs for Interstate 17 N/Flagstaff
- Take exit 287 for AZ-260 toward AZ-89A/Cottonwood/Payson
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto AZ-260 W/Finnie Flat Rd (signs for AZ-89A/Cottonwood/Jerome)
- Turn right onto AZ-89A N/E Hwy 89A
- Turn right onto Red Rock Loop Rd
- Turn right onto Loy Lane and arrive at Camp Avalon Spiritual Nature Retreat at 75 Loy Lane
